Fitness Vacations at The Painted Boat

Our typical “EAT PLAY LOVE Day” begins with ‘Wake-Up Cardio”. We provide 5-6 hours of structured, intensive fitness activities per day. Each day varies in activities. Once the fitness day ends, guests are free to enjoy the spa’s optional services or relax in our Sunshine Coast’s beautiful setting.
